The role of the Head of Operations is to manage the delivery of the Kimberley and Outback Wilderness Adventures operation across Australia to ensure quality in all aspects of the Wilderness Tours and Kimberley Lodges. This includes the delivery of all product from the relevant brochures, agreed customer service targets, meeting all budgetary requirements and to participate in the strategic growth of the APT programs. 
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily focused on the preparation of various data pieces and reports, assisting the Finance Manager with marketing business analysis, preparing commission overrides and providing ongoing support to Management Accountants on product analysis. 
If you are a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and enjoy analysis and problem solving, this could be the job for you. 
Our APT Commercial Team plays a pivotal role in pricing all of our APT International programs.  Many of the tasks are deadline driven and the successful applicant will work closely with each Product team to ensure that they are met. 
The Marketing Communications Executive role sets the marketing sell messages, oversees the brochure and launch collateral development and ensures the marketing team is briefed and trained on all product launches.  This role is an integral internal communications role that drives and manages the marketing function within the go to market production process.
The Marketing Executive's role is to drive brand loyalty and customer retention through implementing our Club and Customer Journey strategies.

The Product Coordinator will assist the Product Manager to develop product which provides a competitive advantage, ensure sales and profitability growth targets are met, and provide best practice product administration and planning services.
