Today starts with a guided tour of Amman. Discover the Roman Theatre, Nymphaeum, and the enchanting Citadel. You’ll then take a stroll via a traditional ‘Souq’ before driving to the ruined city of Jerash for a guided tour. Continue to the Dead Sea this afternoon where you will check into your hotel.

Start the day at Mt. Scopus, where you will enjoy spectacular views of Jerusalem. Afterwards, visit the Mount of Olives and discover the site where Jesus first gave the Lord’s Prayer. Explore the Garden of Gethsemane and continue to the Old City to see the iconic Western Wall and Temple Mount. Walk the Way of the Cross, the Via Dolorosa, to Calvary and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Today you will visit Yad Vashem, the official memorial to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust. Afterwards, explore Ein Karem, a picturesque village in the south western outskirts of Jerusalem. Later, visit the Israel Museum’s Shrine of the Book. The museum is home to the Dead Sea Scrolls, the oldest biblical manuscripts in the world, as well as rare early medieval biblical manuscripts. The scrolls were discovered between 1947–56 in 11 caves located in and around the Qumran archaeological site. Afterwards, drive by the Knesset and the campus of Hebrew University before visiting Bethlehem to see the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square.

After breakfast, drive to the White City of Tel Aviv, a neighbourhood holding the largest collection of Bauhaus architecture in the world. Next visit Old Jaffa, an ancient port town and the oldest neighbourhood in Tel Aviv. Explore the beautifully restored Zodiac Alleyways before spending the rest of the day at your leisure. Perhaps set out on a delicious exploration of Tel Aviv's unique street food scene. Learn about Israeli street food from a local guide and be given the opportunity to sample a number of local dishes. Alternatively, visit the Art Museum of world-renowned artist Ilana Goor. Marvel at her eclectic displays of art and the architecturally astounding museum they are housed in.
