This morning, learn about the history of transatlantic passenger flights at the Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum. Then, indulge in a cup of Irish coffee while in Foynes, the location this popular drink was invented. After, board a ferry from Tarbert across the Shannon Estuary to Clare, travelling onwards by coach to the village of Doolin. Embark on a boat trip to witness the impressive Cliffs of Moher from the Atlantic Ocean below. Be awed by these rugged cliffs, which reach a height of 214 metres, and keep a look out for an array of seabirds, native to the area. Later, check in to your hotel in Galway and savour dinner at the hotel.
