Aboard Travelmarvels brand-new Contemporary River Ships guests can sample a range of culinary delights from gourmet to a classic pub fare – however there is one onboard restaurant not to be missed. From décor to menu, the Constellations Restaurant is designed to delight.
Regionally Inspired Cuisine
While cruising through a region renowned for its outstanding cuisine, Travelmarvel guests will be treated to dining experiences that rivals those found at Europe’s finest restaurants at the brand-new Constellations Restaurant. Upon entering, beautiful riverside views unfold through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and guests are encouraged to sample a local wine in celebration of the wonderful culinary experience to come. Then, guests can enjoy a four-course tasting menu representing the culinary traditions and flavours of the places through which the ship cruises, such as salmon tartare on traditional pumpernickel bread and deliciously decedent chocolate charlotte.
Contemporary Design
The modern, clean design of the restaurant is also reflective of the dishes served. The Travelmarvel culinary team take pride in serving contemporary, beautifully presented food in a relaxed and elegant setting. Soft lighting and comfortable furnishings mean guests can easily lose an evening conversing over a glass of wine and a delicious meal, before retiring to their cabin mere meters away.
Red or White?
On a Travelmarvel cruise, beverages are included as part of the dining experience, so guests can take their pick from a range of local wines, beers, and spirits to accompany their meal, or perhaps choose summer cocktail to compliment the seasonal cuisine.
