Welcome to Traveller Club

Anyone can join Traveller Club, whether or not you’ve travelled with us before. If you are new to Travelmarvel, you can join by signing up online. If you are an existing customer, you’re already a member with APT Club. Simply register for your online account using your existing membership number when you sign up.

You can create your online account by signing up here. Make sure you sign-up using your existing email address (this is the email address where you would receive communications from Travelmarvel) and have your Traveller Club member number handy. Please note that only one email address can be used per Traveller Club membership.

For security reasons, only one email address can be used to log in to the Traveller Club. If you both wish to be able to log in, you will need to create separate email addresses. Please contact our travel experts on 1800 691 8641 to update your email address or email us at travelmarvelclub@aptouring.com.au.

Whether you book with your preferred travel agent or directly with us, you will receive the same membership benefits, however you will only have access to our exclusive offers and competitions when you log in to Traveller Club.

Membership numbers are unique to the individual and cannot be shared with a partner or fellow traveller.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we no longer issue physical membership cards. Instead, you can access your virtual membership card every time you log in to Traveller Club.

Membership of Traveller Club is for life and will not expire. You will remain at your current tier level until you book your next trip of seven days or more with Travelmarvel, APT or Botanica World Discoveries. Your tier level will not be downgraded should you choose to not travel with us for any period of time.

When calling our travel experts to book an exclusive Traveller Club member offer, we ask you please provide your membership number. For any other trips you book online on www.travelmarvel.com.au, or when you call our travel experts direct or even book with your local travel agent, you do not need your membership number at the time of booking. If you do not have your membership number to hand, our travel experts will be able to locate your details when you provide your full name.

Absolutely. Simply call our travel experts on the dedicated member reservations line or send us an email to travelmarvelclub@aptouring.com.au and we will be able to assist you straight away. Once we confirm your travel history with you, we can adjust your membership tier level instantly. Alternatively, your local travel agent can contact us to resolve any discrepancies.

Your tier status will only move to the next level when you actively travel with us. In this instance, you will return to the level you were on before your cancelled booking.

No. Only you will receive the benefits applicable to your level for the booking you make as the lead passenger, and they will receive benefits applicable to their level only. However, if two members are of the same household and one has a lower member tier level, they can be upgraded to the higher tier level of the other member.

No, they are unique to each member, however you will earn a Friends & Family voucher valued at $100 when you travel on select trips with us, which your friends and family can benefit from should you choose to share with them.

You are entitled to a $100 per person credit which you can redeem against your booking in lieu of the transfers.

Our benefits allow a degree of flexibility to suit your travel plans. Members will instead be entitled to a credit of either $100 per person (Platinum members) or $200 per person (Diamond members).

Yes. If two or more members are travelling together but live at a different residential address, they are each entitled to a private return airport transfer. Non-members will be required to be picked up or dropped off from the Traveller Club member’s location if they are sharing a vehicle.

Membership is free and will be automatically granted upon booking a Travelmarvel trip of 7 days or more. Benefits featured are redeemable when booking a Travelmarvel trip of 7 days of more, and are redeemable based on the trip number a guest is departing on, regardless of membership tier. Bookings for land and air tours of less than 10 days are not eligible for Overnight Accommodation benefit. Eligible trips booked with other APT Travel Group brands (namely APT and Botanica World Discoveries) count towards your membership level, however benefits are not redeemable when travelling with Botanica World Discoveries. Travelmarvel reserves the right to review or alter benefits at any time without notice.

Welcome Home voucher -This voucher is issued on completion of a Travelmarvel, APT or Botanica World Discoveries tour of 7 + days, is valid for 6 months and valued at $100 per person. This voucher can only be redeemable when applied towards a future Travelmarvel, APT or Botanica World Discoveries tour of 7+ days provided the booking is made by the expiry date on the voucher, for travel any time. Only one voucher per person, per booking is permitted. The voucher can only be used by the member ONLY and can be combined with other offers unless specified. Trips on other APT Travel Group brands (i.e. Captain’s Choice) are not valid for voucher redemption, unless otherwise advised as a special promotion. The voucher cannot be used towards ‘By Invitation’ or ‘You’re Invited’ tour series nor can it be taken as a cash payment. If a Welcome Home voucher is applied to a booking and the booking is cancelled before departure, the voucher will be deemed invalid.

Friends & Family voucher - Travelmarvel, APT or Botanica World Discoveries members will also receive the Friends & Family voucher which the member can pass on to their friend or family member. This voucher cannot be used by the current Travelmarvel member. The friend or family member must be a new customer and a new booking. It is valid for 6 months and valued at $100 per person. This voucher can only be redeemable when applied towards a future Travelmarvel, APT or Botanica World Discoveries tour of 7+ days provided the booking is made by the expiry date on the voucher, for travel any time by a friend or family member. Only one voucher per person, per booking is permitted. This voucher cannot be used on other APT Travel Group brands (i.e. Captain’s Choice) nor can it be taken as a cash payment.

Private airport transfers - The 40km or 60km radius is defined by the Transfer Operator from your home address to selected airports including Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Gold Coast, Hobart, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown. Limit of one free transfer per booking and Travelmarvel guests are required to arrange the transfers directly with the Transfer Operator (details will be provided with documentation). Members outside of the zones, as determined by the Transfer Operator, will receive a $100 per person credit on their booking.

Overnight hotel stay - Platinum members will receive one night pre or post-tour accommodation and Diamond members will receive two nights pre or post-tour accommodation. This offer is valid per booking (not per person) and the value is capped at $350 per room, per night. Maximum value per booking is $350 for Platinum and $700 for Diamond. Surcharges will apply if costs exceed allowed amount. Accommodation is available at select pre and post night hotels listed within the current Travelmarvel brochure and is subject to availability. If the hotel is unavailable, members will receive a $100 per person credit, per night. If the pre or post night accommodation booking is cancelled by the member, any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the member. *Land and air tours of less than 10 days are not eligible to receive the overnight Accommodation benefit.
