Travelmarvel to Cruise the Kimberley in 2024

Travelmarvel is excited to announce the brand will be launching Kimberley Coastal Cruising for the very first time in 2024.

This will be an exciting opportunity for Travelmarvel guests to experience the beautiful Kimberley like never before, with access to the most beautiful attractions on the Western Australian coast.

Heritage Adventurer cruising past on calm waters
On the 10-Day Kimberley Coast Adventure, guests will have the pleasure of cruising aboard the Heritage Adventurer small ship, which features a pool, spa and sauna. The ship's boutique size is ideal for premium touring, offering access to destinations larger vessels can’t reach, and accommodating just 164 Travelmarvel guests for an intimate touring experience. Travelmarvel's latest cruise offering includes all the essentials of a memorable cruise of the Kimberley, including daily zodiac adventures, all meals onboard and beer, wine and soft drink served with lunch and dinner. Guests will also be accompanied by an experienced Travelmarvel Cruise Director and a full Expedition Team, who will be on hand to share their extensive knowledge of the region and its captivating natural history.

Sailing from Broome to Darwin between July and August 2024, the cruise has an extensive itinerary, including exploring Montgomery Reef, Bigge Island and Horizontal Falls by Zodiac, and an up-close cruise of King George Falls. There will also be an opportunity to learn from locals at Freshwater Cove where an Indigenous guide will present the incredible millennia-old Wandjina rock art site.

Travelmarvel’s Australian Head of Product Cher Lontok said offering this brand-new cruising destination to Travelmarvel’s portfolio is exciting and the perfect travel style for guests eager to explore the striking Kimberley coast.

“We are so pleased to be offering Travelmarvel guests the chance to see the Kimberley at a great price point and aboard a lovely ship, the Heritage Adventurer. Customer demand for the Kimberley is high and we know there is nothing quite like exploring the Kimberley from both the coast and from the land. That is why we have ensured the cruise matches up with our land touring so guests can have the full Kimberley experience, which is only something Travelmarvel and APT can provide,“ Lontok said.
