Or have an indulgent sleep-in and sit down to a delicious buffet breakfast when you’re ready. The choice is entirely yours.
A Morning to Explore
It’s time to step ashore and explore. A morning's excursion might take you to Sa Dec where you’ll see Huynh Thuy Le’s old house and learn the story behind Marguerite Duras’ best-selling novel, The Lover. Or on another occasion, the early hours of the day may be spent at a Buddhist monastery for a special blessing.
An Afternoon of Discovery
After a lazy lunch back on your river ship, your afternoon might include a visit to the French Gothic cathedral in Cai Be, or a visit to a local coconut candy factory. One afternoon you'll even explore the agricultural island of Koh Chen by tuk tuk and visit a town known for its delicate practice of silk weaving.
After the Sun Sets
Dinner tonight is a multicourse dining affair, with both Asian and Western options available. Select International wines, local beer and spirits are also on the menu. And of course, your onboard entertainment will be in the Lounge each night so you can relax with a drink and enjoy your evening.
